1-on-1 Coaching

While our classes can start you on the right path, our 1-on-1 coaching program is where you will learn specific tools that work for you to create more time, more energy and less stress. We will create a program for your specific needs and goals, whether that is sports performance, stress management, or overall health.

Heat and Ice Contrast Therapy
If you’re like most people, between stressful work environments, hitting it hard at the gym, and the day-to-day stressors of life, you’ve got very little time built in for recovery. If you feel this way, this class is perfect for you.  Even if you are a little scared of the ice, that just means you’ll fit right in with everyone else! We will teach you how to utilize your breath to slow your mind as you cycle between the ice bath and sauna. Learn more on the benefits of contrast therapy.
Virtual Breath Classes
Breathing is the only system in our body that is automatic, yet under our control. It is the first and last thing we do in our lives and it keeps us alive without us having to think about it. In addition to all of this, God, nature, a higher power (whatever your belief), gave us breath as a tool to change our mental and physical state.  Most of us, in western culture, have no awareness of the impact of our breath until an outside event brings it into view. Breathwork is a skill that we all have inside us; we just need a little guidance to bring it out. Our virtual breath classes will teach you how to use this tool in a variety of settings in your life. Pool Workouts

Our pool workouts utilize XPT (Extreme Performance Training) modalities and involve the use of dumbbells in the water.  The workouts are great for recovery days due to the low impact on the joints, and they also help improve aerobic conditioning.  They will push you out of your comfort zone as you challenge yourself in a new environment.  Our pool workouts are another method to learn how to use your breath to control your mental state, while also improving your breath mechanics.  This is a great way to train in nature and get out of the gym!  We hold these sessions at our own private pool.

Breath and Performance Workshop

The day begins with a breath-focused workout that will teach you a variety of techniques to help improve your aerobic capacity and efficiency. Then, we move into an exploratory breathwork session that will upregulate and downregulate your nervous system in a way that you have never experienced before. Finally, we will finish the day with heat and ice contrast therapy where you will enjoy the camaraderie of old and new friends while kickstarting your recovery! The goal of this workshop is to introduce you to the benefits of proper breathing, both during exercise and in everyday situations we face. You will learn techniques to rapidly reduce stress anywhere and anytime, and will leave with a full mind/body reset. We can come to your gym, yoga studio or business, for this hands-on workshop.
